It is 20 years since the DASH trial reported small but important drops in blood pressure with a dietary intervention. The anniversary is celebrated by an editorial in JAMA (though the original paper was published in NEJM - not sure what that tells us...)
Notice the difference between an editorial and a systematic review. The editorial makes a few sweeping assertions, all referenced (well done) but all selective (not so good). You can't always do a systematic review of everything you want to say, but as a reader it's important to know whether you're looking at something fully scientific or whether it's part science and part polemic.
